🔋 Information on the Battery Act (Batteriegesetz – BattG)

In connection with the sale of products that contain batteries or rechargeable batteries, we are legally obliged to provide the following information:

Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally required to return used batteries to appropriate collection points – in stores or municipal collection facilities.
Used batteries can also be returned to our shop free of charge.

Batteries are marked with symbols indicating that they must not be thrown away with regular household waste. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol means that the battery should not be disposed of with normal waste.
Additional abbreviations indicate the presence of heavy metals:

• Pb – lead

• Cd – cadmium

• Hg – mercury

Please handle waste batteries responsibly in order to protect the environment and human health.
